1911 Vac Pressed Shells

All Shells are Pressed out .093 Bolteron or Kydex. 

1911 Shells are available for standard 1911 dimensions only. Colt, Ruger, Tisas, and kimber. As long as they are within the origional 1911 Design. No SIG or proprietary 1911 designs. 

If a custom print or color isnt available in .093 then it'll get pressed out of .080.

All shells come drilled and trimmed. Additional Services are available but these come standard. 

Please note: All shells are not a complete holster. They still need to be bended, buffed and assembled. 

Any colors or prints we dont stock will add 1-2 weeks lead time. 

For large orders please call ahead of time so we can ensure we have enough stock to push your order out as fast as possible. 

Custom Blocking can be made upon request, call for pricing. 

Product is only warrantied for manufacturer defects. If upon inspection shell shows to have been modified in a way that is determined to have affected its durability, the warranty will be void.
